We understand that every family has different needs, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy lifestyle. Whether you need full-time care or part-time care, we have a program that works for you.

We believe that a healthy diet is essential for a child's development, which is why we provide nutritious meals and snacks that are both delicious and balanced. Our menu is designed to meet the dietary needs of children of all ages.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

The following forms must be completed and submitted to First Milestones Academy before the first day of child care.

• Proof of Birth (Birth certificate)
• Immunization Record
• Child's Record Form
• Emergency Medical Authorization
• Enrollment Fee of $200

We believe that high-quality child care should be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer competitive prices that fit your budget. We also accept subsidies and offer discounts for siblings.

One one-time enrollment Fee of $200 will be applied at registration.

A late Fee of $140 will be applied to your tuition if received later than Monday of the week.

The returned check fee is $50, due immediately. 

Three daily meals and two snacks are included in the tuition price. 

If your child stays past the agreed contract hours, you will be automatically upgraded to the next bucket of hours for the month. 

Please follow your contract for agreed drop-off and pick-up times; in the event of emergencies in which you would need to drop your child off earlier than contract time, exceptions can be made with advance notification and availability of the Academy. 

Missed time, sick days, vacations, closings due to emergencies, or weather-related cannot be made up.

Over Nights, Date Nights, or Weekends services are available; please email or call us for details. 

Enjoy your special occasion with Peace of mind of Trusted Care by First Milestones Academy. $20 Per Hour for the first 4 hours (Minimum of 4 Hours) and $15 for the 5th Hour or More. 

First Milestones Academy is closed for the following paid holidays

• Christmas Day through New Year’s Week (December 25th through January 1st, 2024)
• Martin Luther King Day
• President’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day 
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veteran’s Day
• Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
• One week of paid vacation during the summer
• 30 Days notice is required for the last day of enrollment, or you will be responsible for the tuition for the month

Please notify First Milestones Academy via email, phone call, or letter when you schedule your vacation; no deductions or discounts will be applied to your tuition.

When it is necessary that a child be absent for any reason, it is requested that you call us by 9:00 a.m. to report the absence. No reduction in tuition is allowed because of absences due to illness or otherwise.

We follow the Federal Government in the event of inclement weather and emergency closings.
